Insert FemBloc delivery system through the patient's cervix, until the tip of the insertion tube touches the fundus.
Push slider forward to advance both balloon catheters simultaneously into each uterine cornu.
Depress plunger to simultaneously inflate balloons in each uterine cornu with tip oriented towards fallopian tubes.
Depress plunger to precisely deliver blended polymer simultaneously into each uterine cornu and fallopian tubes.
Deflate balloons by pulling back on plunger. Retract balloon catheters by pulling back on slider. Remove delivery system from patient and dispose.
Note: Solidified blended polymer may appear on the insertion tube and/or balloons.
Schedule confirmation test 3 months after FemBloc procedure.

Bilateral tubal occlusion is confirmed by ultrasound-based salpingogram utilizing the FemChec controlled saline-air device and intrauterine HSG catheter.

Connect FemChec and deliver saline-air contrast to evaluate the fallopian tubes for occlusion.
Deflate balloon, remove catheter from patient, and dispose.
